A: All of our forklift safety lights come with IP67 dust and water resistance as standard. The Gobo Projector series is IP65 rating. For other lighting series, we adopt suitable IP protection ratings based on common application scenarios. Please refer to our product specifications for details.
Q: Do your products meet safety standards?
A: Yes, every product is certified to meet:

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Standard products start with a minimum order of 1 carton (normally is 20pcs). Al Camera, Gobo Projector, Laser series are available with a low MOQ of 2 units. Custom OEM orders have flexible MOQ based on project requirements.
Q: How long is your lead time for standard and custom orders?
A: Lead times are as follows:
In-stock items: 3-5 business days after payment confirmation
Regular mass production: 15-20 business days after deposit
Custom designs: 25-30 business days (varies by customization complexity)
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We offer secure payment option for global customers: T/T (Bank wire transfer), Paypal, Euro local receiving bank.
