The core of the AI ​​forklift collision avoidance and warning safety system lies in the intelligent recognition of the AI ​​camera and the linkage between sound and light devices. It consists of an area warning light, an AI camera, and a warning light.   Most customers use it with forklifts in warehouses. Under normal driving conditions, the lights (red/blue/green) remain in a static warning state. Once the camera detects someone crossing the light beam, the lights change to another state, changing color or flashing, which can be customized according to customer needs. Simultaneously, the warning light's horn sounds and flashes, thus reminding pedestrians not to approach the forklift. This solution grasps the core of AI forklift collision avoidance systems—mitigating risks through intelligent perception and proactive warnings. In specific design and promotion, its customizable multi-level alarm mechanism, strong adaptability to complex environments, and integration of value-added functions such as driver monitoring and data management will better meet the needs of warehouse customers.   The key to this process lies in the two-level (or multi-level) design of "unobtrusive warning" and "sensory alarm." Under normal conditions, static warning lights primarily serve to identify the forklift's outline and location. Once the system detects a risk, the dynamic combination of sound and light can immediately elevate the warning level, more effectively alerting pedestrians and drivers, which is why more customers choose this product.

Laser area warning lights are an active safety warning technology. They primarily work by emitting a conspicuous laser beam to create a light curtain or band in a specific area, thereby increasing alertness in critical road sections and preventing and reducing traffic accidents.   The biggest advantages are high visibility and long-distance warning: the laser beam has strong penetrating power, and its warning effect is even more pronounced at night or in adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, or haze when visibility is low. Drivers or pedestrians can clearly see the warning light band from 100 meters or even several kilometers away, thus gaining ample reaction time.   Our customers use laser lights in a wide range of applications, including but not limited to: Industrial safety: hazardous chemical storage sites, oil depots, and chemical plants; Traffic safety: highway fatigue driving prevention, zebra crossing safety warnings; Transportation: airport perimeter protection, railway platform security; Public safety and cultural relic protection: museum artifact protection, border protection.

The lights, project a caution "Forklif" warning onto the floor 3–5 feet ahead, used high-brightness LEDs resistant to dust and vibrations.  Within 3 months, near-miss incidents dropped by 65%—pedestrians reported easier detection of oncoming forklifts, even in dimly lit storage zones. Additionally, client feedback surveys showed a 40% increase in brand recall, as the logo became a visible symbol of Buyers product’s commitment to safety.
